  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • agave nectar or honey (optional)

Blend together all ingredients until frosty. Serve with lemon slices.

  • 2 cups tightly packed spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ginger or lemongrass

Combine spinach, coconut water, and orange juice in a blender until leafy chunks are gone. Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.


3. This summer-worthy Pineapple Cream smoothie will make you forget all about the frigid temperatures

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup pineapples
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or dairy milk

Place crushed ice in a blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients on top. Blend together all ingredients until frosty.


4. Start your day with a pop of colour thanks to this refreshing Mango Berry smoothie!

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup pure coconut water
  • up to 1 tbsp raw honey or natural sweetener of choice (optional)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ⅓ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup pure coconut water

Blend the bottom layer until smooth, pour into a tall glass, and put in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Wash out the blender and blend the top layer. Remove bottom layer from the freezer and gently pour mango mixture on top of berry mixture. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup peeled and cored cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
